Two new pathfinder sites in Leeds!

We are delighted to welcome two new Pathfinder sites in Leeds! The new Pathfinder sites will be based in the Hyde Park and Chapeltown areas of the city.

We are looking forward to working closely with All Hallows (Hyde Park) and Leeds Community Homes in partnership with Unity Housing (Chapeltown) who will be delivering the Pathfinder sites and can’t wait to see what their plans are!
